Christmas 2014..............

We are the Treble Clef singers,
and we sing so that others can sing too.

We share our love of music to raise money for
International Surgical Foundation who performs cleft palate
surgeries for children in Third World countries.

We also donate to Interfaith Sanctuary in Boise
to care for our own here locally.

On piano we will be delighted by the talents of Helen Fairbourn and Jodell Faris.

Bonnie Capell is our fearless director.

We combine our talents to entertain you,
because we have found that serving others brings
the Spirit of Christmas to this,
the most wonderful time of year.

"THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR"

"You know, this really is my favorite time of year."
"Really?  I think I prefer the warm sunny days of summer."
" Oh, not me.  I love fuzzy socks, warm blankets, hot cocoa...."
"The shopping, the gifts, the music....."
"The food, the movies, the snow......and....Santa Claus!"
"Do you believe in Santa Claus?"

"I BELIEVE IN SANTA CLAUS"

"Santa represents the fun and cheer of Christmas"
"You better watch out though, he's watching to see if you're naughty or nice."
"That's not all you have to watch out for"
"What else is there?"
"His reindeer.............on your roof!"

"REINDEER ON THE ROOF"

"SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN"

"HERE COMES SANTA CLAUS"

"Those songs remind me of the magic Christmas held for me as a child.
As a little girl, I used to lie under the tree and look up at the lights and ornaments
and imagine all the possibilities that Christmas seemed to hold in its grasp."
"The songs of Christmas have always been close to my heart.
Some of the songs fill me with excitement,
while others brings a reverent awe.
The Christmas bells and carols are a favorite of mine."

"CAROL OF THE BELLS"

"Santa Claus said, in the movie, "Miracle on 34th Street",
that he is more than just a whimsical figure
who wears a charming suit and affects a jolly demeanor,
he's a symbol."
"He reminds us to give, to love, to serve, to have faith."

"All of those things bring me closer to the real reason for Christmas."
"When I think of the coming of Emmanuel, it makes me want to sing
Hallelujah, to sing Noel, and about that sweet baby Jesus"
These next songs feature solos by Lynda Wells, Stephanie Adolf .

"HALLELUJAH"

"OH COME, OH COME EMMANUEL"

"THE FIRST NOEL/ PACHELBEL'S CANON"

"SWEET LITTLE JESUS BOY"

"Can you imagine what it must have been like for those shepherds the night Jesus was born?"

"I wonder what the angelic choir sounded like.  Do you think we sang that night?"
"Listening to the beautiful voices of Mary Ellen Grobe and Chele Howell makes me think it's possible.  They will be singing the solo parts in a song about those shepherds."
"Don't forget the angelic voice of Jodell Faris who will also be singing a solo.  Her song is a tender Christmas lullaby.  After she sings her song, we invite all of you to join us in Silent Night while Jodell and Lynda Wells, Sharon Elison, Anadeane Galbraith and Carol Wintersteen
 sing the lullaby again."

"WHILE SHEPHERDS WATCHED THEIR FLOCKS"

"PEACE ON EARTH/SILENT NIGHT"

"Thank you for allowing us to share our love for the Chistmas season with you."
"By having us come and sing, you have also helped many others to smile an sing."
"Now it's time to say goodbye, bur first....."
"Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas!"

"HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS"
